Personal use

The Google integration is a private productivity tool for my own account and is not offered as a public or commercial service. Portfolio visitors cannot create an account, connect a Google Account, or use the integration.

Authorized access

The integration may access Google data only after I authorize it through Google's OAuth consent flow. It uses read-only permissions for the personal workflows described in the Privacy Policy.

I am responsible for protecting the devices, accounts, and credentials used with the integration. Access may be revoked at any time from the Google Account connections page.

Acceptable use

The website and integration may not be used to violate applicable law, access another person's account without permission, interfere with a service, distribute malicious code, or infringe another person's rights.

Third-party services

The website and integration depend on services provided by Google and may use an AI service provider for a task I initiate. Those services have their own terms and policies. I do not control their availability or independent processing practices.

Portfolio content

Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, and original project material on this website belong to Huchong Jin. Company names, product names, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Viewing the portfolio does not grant permission to reuse its content.

No warranty

The website and personal integration are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors. The integration may stop working when an API, authorization, or third-party service changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Huchong Jin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or integration.

Changes and termination

I may change, suspend, or discontinue the website or integration at any time. I may also update these terms when the services or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
